End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Omnibus, Ltd ("we", "us"). By installing or using CleanPanda you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not install or use CleanPanda.

Without a license, CleanPanda checks your computer, shows the disk map and every list, and moves a limited number of items to the Trash. Putting back what was moved is always free. A license, bought once, removes that limit for the major version you bought. There is no subscription.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CleanPanda on the number of computers your license was bought for, Mac, Windows or both, for the major version you bought and its minor updates. One license key covers all of those computers.

A license key is activated with our license provider on each computer, and each activation uses one of the computers your license allows. To move the license to another computer, remove it from the old one in Settings > License, then enter the key on the new one. If you no longer have the old computer, contact us and we will free its activation.

You may not sell, rent or lend CleanPanda or a license key, share a key beyond the computers it allows, or reverse engineer CleanPanda except where the law allows it despite this restriction.

CleanPanda moves only what you confirm, and it moves it to the Trash so that you can put it back. Once the Trash is emptied, or if you turn on "Delete Safe items right away", what was removed cannot be put back by CleanPanda. Keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose. CleanPanda's suggestions are estimates; you decide what to remove.

Some items can only be removed with a command that needs an administrator password. CleanPanda shows every such command before it runs, and these commands cannot be undone.

Updates may add, change or remove features. CleanPanda checks for its own updates only when you ask or after you turn automatic checks on.

How CleanPanda handles information is described in the CleanPanda Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.

CleanPanda contains open-source software under its own licenses, listed in Settings > Legal > Open-source licenses. Those licenses apply to those components.

CleanPanda is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you.

Licenses are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller. You may ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as described at https://cleanpanda.app/legal/refunds.

This agreement ends if you break it. When it ends, stop using CleanPanda and remove it.

To the extent the law allows, CleanPanda is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for CleanPanda.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your place of residence and may bring claims in its courts.
